Emergency Plumbing Service is adding a Customer Service Representative to our team for the San Antonio area of our South Texas market. Our CSRs work Monday through Friday visiting both our customers around the San Antonio metro area to ensure customer satisfaction, and visiting prospect customers and encouraging them to use EPS. This is a job for a high-energy, super motivated individual, who ideally is bilingual. CSRs drive a company vehicle and start from home each day. We provide all of the tools for success – training, marketing materials, smartphone with CRM and dispatch software, laptop, uniform shirts, biweekly team meetings, etc. We pay per visit with a $750/week minimum.
